Big events this weekend!

In conjunction with 'Hari Belia Negara 2011' happening this weekend, paintballers can look forward to two big events being held there - the Battlefield Putrajaya and ISSC 2011.

Battlefield Putrajaya is a scenario or recball game in a very large scale happening right here in Putrajaya, Malaysia. The Prime Minister of Malaysia and many VVIPs will be there. Basically there will be four armies (yellow, blue, green and red) battlling each other in 3 games. Each battle is two hours and only 125 mercenaries per army. This should promise alot of fun and excitement.

ISSC 2011 returns again with big prize money and of course with all the big teams from Malaysia and around South East Asia. Expect a 30-40 teams participating in this annual event.

PALS Bangkok is also happening this weekend. It's the first event for PALS 2011 series, since China event had to be postponed. Expect teams from Australia, Thailand, Iran, Malaysia and more to come for this one.

With three big events going on at the same time, I wish all the events the best. Hopefully they will each attract a number of teams.

It's great to see Infernal back again after seeing them back in 2008. With a few young players, they certainly have become a formidable team. We had two different weather conditions on the first and second day. That's paintball and it still a great event.

International Super Seven Championship (ISSC) 2010 (22nd – 23rd May)

Team Registration Opens for ISSC’10

NEMESIS PAINTBALL CLUB (NPC) & The Malaysian National Paintball League (MY-NPL) HQ are pleased to invite all teams in Asia & the rest of the world to participate in our 2nd addition of the International Super 7 Championship in Asia.

For the 2nd year, the championship will be returning to the grounds of Petaling Jaya. PJ has proven to be a great host city to the MY-NPL & it feeder events. The beautiful city of Petaling Jaya, just 15 minutes from KL city , the tourist and shopping paradise of Malaysia. Enjoy the sunny weather and excellent tournament facilities! Special thanks to our city council Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ). Petaling Jaya truly a City of PaintBall.

In 2010, All divisions will be playing the 7-man format. Each team will consist of nine (9) active players on the roster and shall field a maximum of seven (7) players in every game. All teams in all divisions shall play in eight (8) games in The Preliminary Round.

EAST MALAYSIA AND OVERSEA TEAMS
The transportation from the airport to the official hotel(s) and back to airport upon departure shall be arranged by the organizer. Please inform us your traveling schedule details.

PALM SERIES - KISH ISLAND(1st Leg)

The 1st leg of the PALM Series will be held on the beautiful Coral Island of Kish, Iran from March 1-5,2009. Iran National Paintball League will be from Mar 1-2, walk the field/Captains meeting on Mar 3. There will also be a Paintball Clinic by Team Ironmen on Mar 3. PALM tourney day will be from March 4-5 with the Closing Ceremony & Prize Giving + Complimentary Dinner at the official hotel on Kish Island.

5 of us from Nemesis Legion will be there with the last 2 slots being filled by Wei of Delta Rovers & Shameen of Wolverinez. Mr. Wong of MY-NPL will also be in the group to help foster a better relationship with PALM.

We'll be there not only to play but to also promote The International Super Seven Championship (ISSC '09) to the middle east & the rest of the world. Hope to be able to update you guys on our progress during our week stay over at Kish Island.
